Wæm Vur Behǐm was founded durring the late 17th century in late fall of the year 1653, by Ou-36q 'KARR' Zlesho. The establishment of Wæm Vur Behǐm was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Ou-36q 'KARR' Zlesho electing to pay people to resettle in Wæm Vur Behǐm.
Wæm Vur Behǐm was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Vur Behǐm is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Wæm Vur Behǐm is buildings are located arround a single spacious gravel mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Wæm Vur Behǐm has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Wæm Vur Behǐm’s streets.

Cultural Notes
While Wæm Vur Behǐm might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.

The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes.
